Our Experience
Rainmaker Industries is built on hands-on field experience, mechanical knowledge, and real-world operations.
Chance Talbott began his career in wildland firefighting, working up to an Engine Boss position where conditions, timing, and execution directly impact outcomes.
He later spent several years in hotshot and oilfield trucking business, gaining experience in logistics, production efficiency, and working in demanding environments.
From there, he moved into industrial maintenance, working as a millwright before advancing into leadership roles, including supervisor and eventually maintenance manager. This background built a strong foundation in equipment, problem-solving, and keeping operations running efficiently.
Rainmaker Industries started as a side operation focused on hydroseeding and has grown into a full-time business, serving residential, commercial, and right-of-way projects across the Texas Panhandle.
